Reverend Thomas T. Nsubuga was installed as Vicar of St. Luke’s Episcopal Chapel of Grambling Sunday, March 22. Rt. Reverend D. Bruce MacPherson, bishop of the Diocese of Western Louisiana, presided over the services.
